How to request your refund

• Email returns@drniceproducts.com to start your refund. Please include your name (or the recipient's name), your order number, and the date of purchase — both can be found on the packing slip enclosed in your order.
• We'd love to hear what didn't work for you, since your feedback helps us improve — but it's not required to receive your refund.
• Refunds apply to orders placed through our website.

Refund process

• Once we receive your request, we'll process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
